Mortgage Street Credit Card Buster

This promotion is to commence on Monday, 10th May 2010 and is to close on Sunday, 7th November 2010 at 9:30 pm and will be drawn on Friday, 19th November 2010 at 10:00 am at the Offices of Mortgage Street, Level 1, 36 Nerang Street, Southport 4215.

The winner will be notified by registered mail and the results published in the Australian newspaper on Saturday, 27th November 2010. Employees (and their families) of Mortgage Street, their agents and associated companies are not eligible. The Credit Card Buster prize will be paid on one Credit Card debt only, in one lump sum, up to a total value not exceeding $5,000.00. In the event of the winner having no existing credit card debt, prize payment will be $2,000.00 cash. The Credit Card Buster Prize will apply to the existing credit card debt as at the 7th November 2010 only. The winners credit card statement will be required as proof. Should the prize not be claimed, a second chance draw will take place on Friday, 15th April 2011 at 10.00 am at the Offices of Mortgage Street, Level 1, 36 Nerang Street, Southport 4215. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize or promotion. Mortgage Street and/or its related entities is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
